Have I mentioned that your violin game is top notch yet :D
Man, the instruments, the ambience, the sound effects (especially the reversed ones, they add so much detail), the mood, the tension...
And it keeps hyping itself up over the entire duration. The mix is also incredibly well done, no instrument ever feels overpowering and the entire song has a good balance overall.
Very well done.

SnaresWorks responds:

thank you so much, I am also really proud of this, I feel like I did a great job with everything, it's tough getting a clear mix like this hehe but I managed ^^

I love the mysterious and slow way this starts. The background sound effects give the entire song a really mysterious and good atmosphere.
When the second part hits... my god. Some really good stuff there. That violin fits the feeling of your track so much, it's insane.
I feel as if there's sligthtly too little movement though. Some more small variations would have made this even better than it already is I think.

SnaresWorks responds:

thank you for your comment! I appreciate that you took the time to rate this :3

I like your song progression from happy exploring to basically desperate fight for survival. Your percussion is on point and I especially like the low pass the drums come in with. The instruments fit the song as well but are a bit too harsh in the last part for my taste.

I genuinely don't know what to say.
This is maybe one of my favorite tracks I've heard on Newgrounds ever. The instruments, the beat, the energy... everything just works here. Your first song was basically perfect already and this one somehow manages to step it up even more.

Oh I've heard this one in the discord already :D
Absolutely beautiful, I love the instruments, the synths and analog instruments play together very nicely, the overall song structure is perfect, the chord progression is really nice, overall I don't really know what to criticise here.
This could go straight into Celestes cave update and no one would notice.
Big GG.

Again, beautiful atmosphere, nice instruments.
I mean yeah, you used the first song as a base for this one and that is definitely noticeable but you also brought some interesting new stuff to the table. I especially like the flanged gong sound (I think that's what that is) that starts in the second part of the song. Overall very nice song as well but very based on the first song.

PythonBlue responds:

Critique accepted: I realize it sounds pretty similar to the first one, and that was partially because I wasn't certain how much I could deviate from that per the rule of making this one more in the background. Thanks, though.

Dark, mysterious, slow. Really nice stuff.
The small sound bits in the background give this so much texture, it's amazing. The bell got slightly repetitive overall but I think the way you bring in other sounds and instruments all the time makes up for that, the track never gets uninteresting. The chords are also incredibly nice and elevate that feeling of mystery and exploration.
Good job :D

Okay damn. This one is really really good.
I am a big fan of glitchy percussion and you used it very well here. The dark ambience fits your narrative incredibly well and is a really nice contrast to your first piece. Got nothing else to say here. GG.

I really like the more percussive instruments in this one, they give off a nice feeling of underground rocks, maybe even mining equipment.
Overall the sound of the track is very nice, I really like the orchestral feeling this gives off. As mentioned before, a bit more movement could be useful, some horns or something similar.
Overall very nice though :D

Jeez this is amazing. The different sections are all amazing, the instruments are so damn clean and nice, the arrangement is magnificent and the final part really nails the theme.
GG.

DigitalProdigy responds:

wow!!! Thank you so much!! I am really glad you enjoyed the song!!!

Really cool person, makes a music every now and then. Sometimes also spends hours putting 48 compressors and three amps on a recorded vocal sample saying "bap"
